I like to eat healthy foods (most of the time!) and pride myself on my salad making prowess, which just nudges out my cocktail making abilities to take the crown for my top culinary skill!
A little creativity goes a long way to making wholesome food yummy and interesting, so hopefully you find a little bit of that on this blog
I’m a total geek when it comes to health and fitness data which is why I’ve included the nutritional info on each recipe. If that’s not your bag, feel free to skip over that bit.
